We use neuropsychological principles to devise simple, everyday ways for people to regain their VITALITY.

For example

Our Revitalize Your Walk program builds on inherent neural patterns that have been suppressed or over-ridden because of sedentary behavior and the loss of muscle and coordination.

The program improves posture, increases stride length, makes biomechanics more efficient, and reduces the stress on your joints. You might even regain some of the height you have lost.

In younger adults, the changes may not be obvious yet. In this case, the program reduces subtle changes and prevents future loss. Of course, physical and even mental vitality improve. By middle age, many people show signs of shorter stride length, slower walking pace and postural changes that stress the joints.
