Easy Access to Product Links in Emails
This might look like a lot of work but believe me it is straight forward and will make it easy to access the video in the future.
Gmail
Open your gmail inbox
Click on the 3 lines icon at the upper left
Scrolled down the list to the Labels category
Select Create new
Enter the Label name - 1. Uplifting Mountains ( the 1. Will put it at the top of your list)
Click on Save
Select the email containing the the uplifting Mountains link
Click on the … at the upper right of that email
Click on Label select 1. Uplifting Mountains
Now when you want to watch the video
- click on the 3 lines icon at the upper left
- click on the link and enjoy the video
*To make the label more visible you make it a distinct color. However, Gmail does not allow you to do this on a mobile device. To color the label go to gmail on your computer. Then,
Scroll down to the label on the left side of your gmail screen.
Click on the Label then,
Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of label name.
The first item on the pull down screen is the option to color the label.
Select a color
That’s it - it will now show up colored on your mobile device.
Apple Mail
Apple Mail does not support label like gmail but here is a workaround
Open Apple Mail
Select the email containing the Uplifting Mountains Link
Select the flag symbol at the top right of your screen
Select a color for your flag
It will now show up under Favorites just below your inbox on the left side of your screen
Click on Flagged and select the email by color of the flag.
Open the email and select the video link.
Outlook
First, create a folder for the email containing the Uplifting Mountains video link
To do so, right click on the email and select create a rule
The click on create a rule
Select New Folder and name it Uplifting Mountains
Click on OK
Select Move to at the upper left of you screen
Choose the Uplifting Mountains Folder
Drag and drop the email to the folder
